Marvell Reports Revenue of $317.6 million, Up 7% Sequentially

Marvell Technology Group reported quarterly sales of $317.6 million, an increase of 47% over net revenue of $215.3 million for the same period last year, and a 7% sequential increase from the prior quarter. Net income (GAAP) was $43.6 million, or $0.14 per share (diluted).



Revenue for the third quarter was a record for Marvell and represented the 28th consecutive quarter for sequential revenue growth. During the quarter Marvell also reported its highest level of cash, cash equivalents and short- term investments with a balance of $577.3 million. http://www.marvell.com/
