LSI Logic Introduces "Z.Voice" VoIP Solutions

LSI Logic launched its line of "Z.Voice" VoIP solutions, including licensable processor cores, standard DSP products, off-the-shelf industry compliant vocoders, bundled device/software packages and reference designs.



LSI's lineup is aimed at low-cost VoIP products supporting from two to 32-channels of voice. Target applications include voice-over-WiFi in cell phones and cordless phones, voice ports in DSL and cable modems, residential gateways and SOHO routers.
