KPN Selects NexTone to Enhance VoIP Service Flexibility

KPN has deployed NexTone Communications' Multiprotocol Session Controller (MSC) to more efficiently route and manage VoIP traffic for its growing domestic and international wholesale business. Financial terms were not disclosed.



KPN's transport service serves more than 230 destinations from its International Network Center and regional POPs in Europe, New York, Miami, and Asia. KPN will utilize NexTone's MSC to interconnect with VoIP carriers worldwide via secure VoIP connections. In addition, utilizing the NexTone MSC, KPN will now have easy access to the growing community of international VoIP carriers that already use the NexTone MSC. http://www.nextone.com/
