Marconi's COO to Step Down

Marconi's Chief Operating Officer (COO), Mike Donovan, will be leaving the business at the end of December 2004 and has resigned from the company's board. Donovan has had responsibility for the Marconi's North American businesses and has been based in the United States since 1998, where he played a key role in the operational restructuring and turn-around of the company. http://www.marconi.com
