Navini Networks, a start-up supplying broadband wireless access systems, named Roger Dorf as its new CEO, replacing Alastair Westgarth who is leaving to pursue other start-up opportunities in the industry. Most recently, Dorf was CEO of Celite Systems, another start-up offering a DSL headend platform.
