China Telecom Selects Proxim for BWA and VoIP

Proxim and its partner, Forth Research Institute, a subsidiary of DaTang Telecom Inc., have been awarded a frame contract by China Telecom to provide point-to-multipoint broadband wireless solutions in 10 provinces in China. Deployments are already underway in the Tianjin municipality and the Shanxi province to deliver high-speed Internet access and VoIP to residential and enterprise customers. http://www.proxim.com
