Skype released a thin version of its VoIP softphone application for Microsoft PocketPC based handheld computers. PocketSkype is free and enables the user to make Skype voice calls from any Wi-Fi hotspot. The needs to be equipped with WiFi and a 400 MHz processor at minimum to use the instant messaging feature. http://www.skype.com/
