Telution Supplies OSS and Billing Infrastructure to LDMI

LDMI Telecommunications, an integrated communications provider serving some 120,000 customers in Michigan and Ohio, will deploy Telution's COMX's customer care, order management, and billing suite to support its business-focused voice, broadband, and network services bundles. COMX will replace several order management, billing, and trouble ticketing systems at LDMI. Financial terms were not disclosed. http://www.telution.com
