Project Mutual Telephone Selects Minerva for IPTV

Project Mutual Telephone (PMT), an independent operating company (IOC) with over 11,000 access lines in Idaho, selected Minerva Networks' IP Television delivery platform for a triple play deployment. Beginning this summer, PMT will begin offering over 90 channels of live and pay-per-view television bundled with data and voice services over its ADSL network. The company also plans to make their headend available to Syringa Networks, a consortium of twelve rural telcos operating 1400 miles of fiber optics throughout Idaho. The PMT IP Television headend features Minerva iTVManager service management software and Minerva VC8000 video processing platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. http://www.minervanetworks.com
