Level 3 Communications introduced a new (3)VoIP TOLL FREE service for businesses requiring a reliable, toll-free, nationwide calling infrastructure. Like the company's existing (3)VoIP MARKETPLACE service, the new Toll Free VoIP service is a nationwide + local solution aimed at conferencing service providers, call center operators, voice portals, and other businesses. It enables customers to establish a local or toll-free presence on the PSTN. The voice traffic rides over Level 3's softswitch platform and MPLS backbone.
