XO Expands Its Network Presence Adding 12 New Markets

XO Communications announced plans to expand its current 60 market network footprint into 12 additional markets. The expansion into the 12 new markets will be completed by the end of 2003. The new markets are: Colorado Springs, Fresno, Jacksonville, Pittsburgh, Sarasota, Stockton, St. Petersburg (FL), Tallahassee, Tacoma, Tucson, Richmond and Youngstown (OH).
