Agilent Files Suit Against Micromuse for OSS

Agilent Technologies filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Micromuse alleging unauthorized use of Agilent's operations support system (OSS) patented technology. The suit seeks to stop Micromuse from making, selling and marketing certain of its service management solutions in the United States.
