AT&T Increases its Quarterly Dividend

AT&T declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.2375 (23.75 cents) per share, payable 03-November-2003, to AT&T common shareowners of record at the close of business on 30-September-2003.
The company noted that the new dividend is an increase of 27%, or 5 cents per share, from the previous quarterly dividend.
