Paradyne Offers EtherLoop2 Technology Assets For Sale

Paradyne Networks will discontinue development of its EtherLoop2 product and is offering the related EtherLoop2 technology assets for sale. Paradyne will continue to develop and support the current EtherLoop product line.

  • In June 2003, Paradyne announced a 12% company-wide reduction in force, which affected 55 employees. The company supplies access solutions for broadband voice, data and video. Paradyne is based in Largo, Florida.


  • In May 2002, Paradyne Networks acquired substantially all the assets and intellectual property of Jetstream Communications, a developer of Voice over DSL products and media gateways. Financial terms were not disclosed.


  • In December 2001, Paradyne acquired Elastic Networks, a developer of Etherloop technology.
