Microsoft, Bell Canada and SBC Join Internet Home Alliance

The Internet Home Alliance announced the addition of eight new members, including Microsoft, Bell Canada, SupportSoft and SBC Communications. The Internet Home Alliance is a cross-industry group founded in 2000 and dedicated to promoting the home technology market. Existing members include Best Buy, Cisco Systems, General Motors, HP, IBM, Invensys, Panasonic (Matsushita Electric Corporation of America), Sears, Sun Microsystems and Whirlpool.
