net.com's VoIP platform Deployed in Call Center Network

Advanced Innovative Marketing (AIM) has selected net.com's SHOUTIP 900 VoIP platform for deployment in its call center network. The SHOUT gateways will be used to distribute calls between various call centers. The platform's Interactive Voice Response (IVR) capabilities will also be used to automate elements of inbound customer service calls, quickly routing the call to the person best able to assist the caller. Network Equipment Technologies said the sale represents the first deployment of its VoIP platform in a call center environment. Financial terms were not disclosed.
