Charter Names VP of Technology

Charter Communications announced the appointment of David Feldman to Vice President of Technology. Feldman was formerly Vice President of Technology at Jones Intercable. Previously, he served in staff engineering roles with TRW Defense and Space Systems Group, American Television and Communications, and as architect and designer of a national two-way satellite data communications service network for Nova-Net Communications.
