Softbank announced the sale of 40,000 shares in Yahoo! Japan. Proceeds from the sale will be allocated for the continued rollout of broadband services. Softbank retains 197,608 shares of Yahoo! JAPAN following the sale, representing approximately 42% ownership of the company.
